If damage occurs, we document the issue, assess eligibility under the applicable platform, guest-protection or insurance process, coordinate communications and claims where available, and arrange repairs through Mester24.az when required.

Management fees and operating costs are set out clearly. Typical expenses — including guest consumables, maintenance, cleaning and replacement items where needed — are documented and reflected in owner reporting.
